Oh girl whenever I need to get into a healthy routine I just go to KZbin and check out this girl named Melissa Merk, she is all inspiring, She shops at Whole Foods just like me and filled her cart with yummy food goes home and makes them. She cleans out her fridge raider and drinks cream soda just like me, she takes walks along the seawall which I will probably never see, unless I watch her videos! I love her! You are an inspiration, I pray that you become inspired to be the person that you are! However we are all subject to the funk! I started doing Pilates lately so I’m pretty amped up for life but I’ve had those moments of let’s do nothing fuck everything! Lol 😂 take care

I totally felt that way last week too!! After talking to a lot of people who were in the same boat, I'm pretty sure it was the time change! Losing an hour really does affect your energy and mood. This week I feel a lot better! You got this, Mel🥰

Yep feeling it too ,its the weather and what's going on in the world ,For upstairs 5 am barking ,I would say something to them and if that doesn't work I would record the barking and play it back to them at midnight for a whole hour lol I wouldn't worry on tika barking sometimes thats normal ,barking for a straight hour is NOT normal.God bless you and tika :)

I live in the same area and honestly despite everything being so close to each other, grocery/errands are a pain. Everyone drives in the suburbs and God forbid you get stuck behind a train 🙃 I avoid making more than 2 stops at a time so my weekend grocery run is No Frills and Natures Fare, then alternating Costco and T&T during the week.

We do multiple places. I enjoy Langley farm market for produce and meat, and then if we’re lazy, we go to Save-on for everything else. But if we feel up to it or need a lot of non-perishable items, we go to Walmart because it’s so much cheaper than Save-on. And we have monthly Costco shops

I get a produce box delivered every week, food is sourced form local farms in my area (Ontario) and I go to Superstore for everything else. Sometimes if I am craving dessert I will go to a bakery!🤤

I have a barky mini Aussie also and the water mist/spray bottle fixed the issue! I keep a mini spray bottle on my table and now if I just reach for it, he’s silent 😂

Mel have you tried Laroche posays effaclar clarifying solution toner? I swear it has cured my life long battle with acne. Also spirinolactone definitely takes at least 2-3 months to notice any difference because it works by decreasing hormones like testosterone which contributes to jawline acne. Hormone changes as you know take some time! Thank you for all you great content and have a good vacay!

My husband & I used to be able to only shop at Kroger & randomly at Meijer or Trader Joes (before the pandemic) but now we have to go to both Kroger & Meijer every time because one store never has everything on our list & we go to Trader Joes about once every few months (we would go more often if we have one close).

I go to multiple places. My Go to spots are Sams, Living foods, Whole Foods and this new place I go to now called Capital city market. I miss going to the Asian market, I definitely need to start going again

Also, I'm pretty sure I go to the same grocery store and they are ridiculously expensive but I like the variety of stuff they sell so I still go there. I really like the rebel cookies once I freeze them and just take one or two out and put them in the microwave for a few seconds to heat up. Somehow it makes it taste yummy whereas I wasn't a fan of them straight out of the bag.

We order online from Save on, it's such a time saver. If an item isn't good enough they refund, double refund for produce. Is it possible to balance your audio? Your voice is nice and soft and when the music comes in its so much louder and I constantly turn up and down the volume. 🙂

I’ve done the Whole Foods thing, the pc thing (but I think they’re evil LOL), but now I just shop at a local produce store in Ottawa plus go to Farm boy for fun little packaged things. Everyone has been complaining about grocery prices going up but I swear my bill has been slashed in half shopping at the produce store! So bulk + fancy 😂❤️

Why dont you try rosemary and mint oil on ur hair to see if they will grow past that length. Ive seen it a lot on insta and tiktok and i believe it might work. Hope you give it a try and its okay to have a full week to rest, changes are some things u need to feel them and let them sink in. Love u Melissa ❤️

I don't want to alarm you but I think you should contact your doctor about your muscle recovery, just to be sure there's nothing wrong. The muscle pain from working out should not last that long. Just looking out for you :) Green tea seems to be helping for me. And extra hydration.
