One thing I was upset about with Braden, is that he will not check to see if your exchanged/returned item was received by their establishment, when requested. Granted I called USPS and was able to confirm that item was delivered to the coordinates of their exact location. But he said, he'd get to it when he processes it, which was 5 days later. Very unprofessional.

He has been telling me, since last July, that he is getting in the 22k heavy link chains restocked in a couple of months. That was last July. Then it was by Black Friday. Then if was for Christmas. No stock. I am finally listening to my feeling is that if I am having such problem in transparency of when or if an actual is being stocked, what would happen if I had an issue with something? I also agree with the lack of customer service you have mentioned! I finally went to an Asian store and purchased a solid 24k gold chain there that I am very happy with!!

Saints gold is trash. Their marketing is misleading. They call a Franco a “saint franco” and it sounds stupid. Their 2 tone prism chains will look like crap after the rhodium wears off and it looks like a chain that’s been put in a blender. Oh their customer service is garbage too and they’re overpriced on the per gram price in comparison to HWC and Jacoje.

They get them from the same manufacturer. From what I’ve seen Jacoje will market a 3.1mm chain as 3mm vs. Saints rounding up with a 2.8mm saying it’s 3mm which is why the Jacoje ones are heavier. Glad you like your pieces!
