A real Mellotron Mk II cost an eye and a lung. 😅 They are rare nowadays. But the mk VI can be bought brand new. Not cheap. But cheaper than a mk II and I guess more reliable than an old M 400.

@@skummelkatt The MkVI is no more reliable than an M400, which is actually very reliable. Nobody is buying them because for not much more money, you can get a Streetly M4000 with a choice of either 24 or 48 sounds across 8 stations custom built by the company that built the MkII in the video.
