thank you for sharing - someone purchased this for me and guess what...it came without instructions and screws! Emailed customer service still waiting for even an answer. Not sure what help I will get from them for now, however,I've visited my local hardware store to see what is possible. Again thank you for sharing - your video was most helpful - Cheers! DH

Yes dear, you are very witty indeed, but certain things are not in your hand that might be. The screws were not tightened well. Therefore, they fell apart or broke out.
