Todays youths unfortunately miss these kinda splendid melodic hard rocks of the mid 80s to the mid 90s, the best period of the melodic hard rocks, the awesome lyrics, melodies, tunes, rhythms. Todays rock songs and music are mostly meaningless! Thanks for posting..

just found this video of this song this past weekend while looking for another band's video and all I can say is WOW. what a great song that takes me back to the days of great sounding music from the eighties that rocked compared to the crap being made in the 2000's. people at work tell me that I need to get with the times music wise but i'll take this kind of music any day over miley cyrus, Justin Bieber or pink and others from today's music
@Pakash810 жыл бұрын
You listen to your good 80's music and have your work buddies get their ears raped by today's shit. Maybe, if you play it long and loud enough, they will get converted. For my life I can't figure out why anybody would listen to today's music (gosh, I don't even want to call it music).

Bugs me when people say "Hey, the good stuff from the 80s is way better than the bad stuff today!". Well...obviously? You compare the well known and established bands to something mediocre like Bieber and think it's a fair comparison? There was plenty of crap in the 80s, too. Just like there's good stuff now. Now, I find it difficult to argue that the 80s was an amazing time for music, I love anything 80s even if it's kinda bad. Still has that 80s charm to it. But to completely discount this generation of music does yourself a disservice, I think. Just don't listen to stuff that sucks and you'll be fine =)
@danielfriant9 жыл бұрын
DragonNexus Ok i agree with you only if you told us about names of good stuff
@DragonNexus9 жыл бұрын
+Daniel Friant Well that depends entirely on your own musical tastes now, don't it? I like Foo Fighters, for instance. I like in This Moment and Within Temptation. I imagine a lot of people think they suck. To say ALL modern music is crap is silly, IMO. There will always be something you like out there.

@@beatricelundin7006 sadly we can't choose when we are born but do understand, I have always said I was blessed being born in 68 so the 80's was the biggest moment in music 🎼 it changed so much good or bad in society but younger people don't understand sometimes. actually, he does kinda look like kip winger, good catch! but, he is actually playing the "keytar"". the lead singer/keyboard player is, darren dean wharton, who was the keyboard player on thin lizzys last 3 albums, chinatown, renegade, and thunder and lightening. i always thought the guitar on this particular track sounded like john sykes, which shouldn't surprise me, as sykes and wharton both played in thin lizzy towards the end of phil lynotts thin lizzy.
