@riioshi-969 If you're talking about Haggard Lizardose, it's typically used if you Nibiru'd your opponent (or got Nibiru'd yourself but Etoile prevents that from happening) and wanted to clear your board (so that you can activate 1st Movement Solo or Ostinato). While there are other options like Azalea or Donner for monster removal, Lizardose is arguably more preferable since it can banish itself for cost, so it's harder to be interrupted than the other two, plus it gives you a free draw and in Master Duel, it's R rarity (compared to the other options which are UR).

To be honest I think the key card that makes this deck strong is the card which protects all melodious monster from battle destroy and target. The board is impossible to break

*Almost. It doesn't make them immune to card effects, and at least with a pure deck you won't have to worry about omni-negates. With the right cards and play you can break their board. At least it won't be as egregious as that one guy playing every meta archetype in one deck.

@@HkBlueberry You don't, simple as that, dark ruler and droplet eat this deck alive. However it is one of those situations in which your opponent either has an out or you simply win by grinding them to the ground. Luckyly, DRNM is non existent on MD and droplet is only used regulary by tenpai.

Last duel was basically Yuya vs Yuzu with their best decks I've been playing Voiceless Voice with the Melodious package, mostly because its a funny oxymoron, but also it makes Odd eyes vortex dragon through two Bacha/ one Bacha + level 7 VV > Odd eyes absolute > link into something, usually as a one card combo off Ostinato. Its a tech also seen in the Supreme King variant.

Personally, I would change gamma for an extender or another type of hand trap. Melodius blocks your S.S very easily and the occasions where you will be able to use Gamma will be very rare that it is not worth carrying it

Crowley12 usually has some great gameplay. He showed the decks consistency but in those replays all he did was his first turn combo every duel against no disruption. (And a Bystial and a Called By Maxx C in separate games can hardly be called disruption)also no going second gameplay(win or lose) to see if Melodious can break an opponents established turn 1 board or do anything at all. I wouldn’t call that better gameplay.
