Matthew 15: 1-20 and Mark 7: 1-23 When the Pharisees criticized Jesus Disciples for not washing their hands before eating, Jesus responded by saying " it is not what goes into the person's mouth that makes them unclean , but the words that comes out of their mouth ". Essentially Jesus was saying rituals like washing or having clean hands is meaningless if the heart is not clean ,and defilement comes from evil thoughts and actions like the person trying to denounce Melody and her friends for not wearing gloves while serving the needy. Jesus always chastised people for criticizing others for doing good deeds, and they are doing nothing but speaking negativity. Though I'm sure Melody and the others had clean hands before serving .

The church I attend we do giveaway for the community for school giveaways, so we should not or never speak on it? Stop confusing goodness for bragging. We are to help our brethren in need but we have to let it be known we can help you publicly. You can be a Blessing be it.
