The correct answer is Panzer Dragoon. I would also accept Shining Force. Maybe even Alex Kidd, although he did get a remaster recently of his most well known game. Virtua Fighter and Sakura Wars come to mind, except one is rumoured to have its long-awaited sixth entry in development, and the other got a new game, not too long ago. I dunno if Space Harrier really needs to come back. It was one good game that still gets ported all over the place. You could argue that it's a spinoff of Fantasy Zone. In any case, I don't think a sequel would add much.

Fortunately, in recent years we saw the return of Samba de Amigo and the Sonic franchise into a more respected IP. Not only that but it was recently announced that Jet Set Radio, Streets of Rage (again), Shinobi, Golden Axe, and Crazy Taxi are coming back with more to be announced next year. It is also rumored that Comix Zone, Guardian Heroes, and Skies of Arcadia might come back in some way, so the future for Sega looks bright for now

Your top 5 are also some of my most awaited franchise to see return, and I also think Billy Hatcher is very underrated. I also was born a few years after the release of the game and have not been able to play it. However, from what I've seen, it honestly looks like a fun game that would be great to see rereleased or get a sequel with more content

Dude i still play billy hatcher to this day on my gamecube, this is so fucking cathartic for me. I first found out about this game through a demo disk way back in the 2000s, and i begged my mom to see if we could get it. Lo and behold, we were able to get a copy of it, its one of my favorite gamecube games :)

About Genesis/CD game... Golden Axe is a no brainer, Ristar and Ecco, why not, but i'm really not a fan of Vectorman and Comix Zone. What i would like to see would be a true Shining Force (who didn't exist since 1998), Keio Flying Squadron (1996) and an Oasis/Thor game (since 1996). Lastly for my most beloved Saturn, ... Night okay. But Bug ? with all the banger on this console you choose Bug ???? What about Dragon force, Burning Rangers, Purikura Daisakusen, Last Bronx, Cyber Troopers Virtual-On, ... I can't believe that no one ever talks about the 7th Dragon franchise. Yes, its latest game was on the 3DS, in 2015, but the fanbase is straight up NONEXISTENT. And I just don't understand, aside from it not being translated to English before 7th Dragon III: Code VFD came out, how no one knows about it! It even had a demo on the 3ds. AND HATSUNE FREAKING MIKU was in not one, but TWO OF THE GAMES. Like, is there really no one with at least an obscure memory of playing the 3DS demo ? even as a kid? It had a JSR reference?
