IDK I dehydrate bananas off of my trees and they dont get real crisp even if I leave them in for a few days they get hard as a rock but when I take them out of the dehydrator they reabsorb moisture and become chewy . Also they tase exactly like banana but sweeter so they could be fried or air-fried losing the banana flavor but keeping the crispy texture.
