I made a hazelnut cheesecake once. It turned out beautifully. You should look for an Italian candy that is called "Baci" (meaning kisses). A piece of that candy is made of a whole hazelnut enrobed in chocolate. So delicious! I'd love if our friends could try that candy, especially since Naveed, Mansoor, and Sobia liked the flavor of the hazelnuts they tried. The Baci product line also has a large chocolate bar with chopped hazelnuts in it. They make the products in very good quality chocolate... dark and milk chocolate. 🥰

Back when I was a kid, these were also called filberts. You dont hear that term so much any more.

Hazelnuts have a weird aftertaste. I can eat them alone ok. I dont like the taste of nutella alone but can eat it with peanutbutter.
