Yusei's hair is a balance between looking organized and the iconic crazy doo. Yugi, Yuma and Yusaku's are over the top and asymmetrical. Judai, Yuya and Yuga's feel more normal in comparison. Yusei's got the best of both worlds

The thing about Yugi's hair being a hand... It's not wrong, but it was retconned into being paper, as in rock paper scissors. Jaden's brown block of hair is a rock, and Yusei's lobster claws are scissors. All of them were designed by the original creator of the manga, BTW, which is super cool

This is kind of a reach, but in a way Judai's name starts with “Yu” due to Japan names starting with last name then first, which makes him Yuki Judai Now if you want a really dumb reach, some languages (as I'm sure you already know) pronounce “J” same as “Y” so if you wanna look dumb and pronounce “Judai” as “Yudai” his name would start with “Yu”
