You need to read Gods of Jade and Shadow. I gave it 4.5 stars. I loved the writing style and thought the world-building was really well done. I wasn't too sold on the romance element, but I thought it was ok for what it was because it wasn't the main focus of the story.

Love & Gelato is one of my new favorite books just because it’s so fun and gave me so much serotonin, but the Netflix adaptation made me want to vomit a little. It was painful to watch, so I recommend saving yourself some time and only reading the book 🤣

i have not apparently read homocide and halo halo for reasons of the first book. i tired every will to finish arsenic and adobo and i did but ofc i gave it a 2 stars and that 2 stars was just generous if not i wouldve given 1 star. i just no the book no i just dont recomend arsenic and adobo for many reasons one of them is bc its very slow paced and boring. but one things for sure the filipino culture in here is amazing and the family scenes are wholesome and funny kinda. damn
