Ingredients:
1/4 cup corn starch
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup milk
For the batter:
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 cup water
Bread crumbs
Instructions:
1- In a sauce pan, mix starch, sugar and milk.
2- Cook at medium low heat until the mixture thickens.
3 Pour the cooked milk into a greased pan. Let it sits then refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until well hardened.
4- Mix all the ingredients for the batter set aside
5-Transfer out and cut into small strips. Dip each piece into the batter and coat with bread crumbs
6- Fry until slightly golden brown and crispy at medium heat
7- Remove extra oil with kitchen paper or cooling rack
