I really liked the way it turned out from above, but it looked super cheap and funky from the side. That crayon melter is totally the kind of device that produces art parents have to keep in ziplock or trash bags just so it doesn't fall out everywhere lol. I thought it was going to be like those videos where they glue crayons to the top of something and hairdryer them into runny submission. After you showed the box I thought "oh like a glue gun with more control." But no, because that would make too much sense. I should get one of those $3 glue guns at Michaels and see what happens if I put crayons in it...

@micheal24585 жыл бұрын

@magin1horse5 жыл бұрын
I’ve done this as well. Mine clogged up after a few crayons and I flipped the glue gun sideways and the hot wax attacked my hand. It also comes out as liquid, not like the glue from the glue gun. I would recommend just buying the colored glue gun strips if you’re looking for that kind of consistency

@anythingcoffee72265 жыл бұрын
I suspect the glue guns heat up to a higher heat but maybe also have cool down phases (that would account for the clogging), but I've only used one once. lol. I actually found myself looking at one (a hot glue gun) and contemplating buying it the other day lol.
