is this about if deku attempted suicide in middle school and maybe lost his memories? He doesn't recognize who kacchan is but treats him gently. Kacchan's afraid that he might lose deku again so he keeps deku close. Theres also a quick parallel to when deku was a kid, maybe because deku hasn't looked at kacchan without being afraid for a long time. When deku has the notebook, he has a nostalgic feeling? Then kacchan sees deku with the notebook and is afraid that deku remembers bad memories and will hate him. But deku just remembers the name "Kacchan" and probably doesn't remember the rest and kacchan is like??? at least i get to hear him say my name again and ngl the head turn at the beginning freaked me out a lil XDXD
