You have to understand. When you in jail. All you have are memories that constantly replay in your head. The less you bring them up. The less you remember. I have buddies locked up that still bring up stuff that I don’t remember from wayyyyy back.

Here's a Bulldog memory....back in 93 or 94 I'm at my grandma's on 87th n Wall St. Chillin with my pops about to go St Andrews Park, got my Georgetown Hoya hat on, thinking I'm Cripin, lol, I walk down stairs and see this dude shirt off arms crossed barking at these young 87gc's ...they scared to come down the street cause 1 they know who down the street and 2 they know who crib he standing in front of... I turn around and walk back up stairs and tell my dad, hey there's this dude down stairs trippin...he say that's Bulldog, Benny Ray Simpson, my potna....he had just got out and was coming to get a plate from my grandma.... the stories I use to hear about bro... lockin up with 3 and 5 mfs...smfh...who has that kind of stamina? Calling Benny a beast is an understatement...

See…. This type of shit here is monumental because so many individuals get to be mentioned that played a role in what became CRIP. I love the history that comes from these interviews because it reminds me of how I grew up…. listening to stories of those before me. That’s the shit that’s missing with todays youth. They don’t wanna sit back and listen to those that were here before them. Good shit!!
