The memorandum demands that all unlawful and illegal activities should be investigated as a matter of urgency and that any councilor who is found to have tampered with the official RDP houses allocation list should be brought to book. It further calls on the municipal council to reverse the unlawful appointment of the CFO and the Director Corporate Services and that these positions should be re-advertised as per council resolution.
