The way my South Africa is handling this corona virus from all aspects:Most significantly from the financial factor,is proof enough to me that South Africa can end load shedding right this very minute,that South Africa can invest in our police force to eradicate crime that's crippling South Africans' way of life and threatening our freedom,it's proof enough that we can take care of the homeless and help the poorest of the poor with roof over their heads and food on their table,it's proof enough that South Africa can improve our medical sector and ensure ambulances and police respond to calls within seconds instead of hours later or no show at all,it's proof enough that we are capable of strengthening our economy against the catastrophes that may fall upon us,and then the question becomes. ..why then is my South Africa not taking corrective measures to meet all these challenges thar fellow South Africans face everyday year in and year out...?

This is very much needed. This virus is very serious and is very infectious! I understand that some people need to work to get the food to stay at home...but this lockdown is necessary. Try and survive on the food that u have and save it. We wouldn't want this to have been even worse. Look at other countries...atleast we are not at that stage! Please guys be responsible and stop complaining. We ought to be thankful for this lockdown.

Take a look at the VOX channel on You Tube - the video about trading in wild life. It's had over 60 million views for good reason. I've never seen anything so primitive or barbaric in my entire life. These Wuhan "wet markets" were a threat to humanity the day they opened. The Chinese government has a lot of explaining to do. When will the President of China put his grinning face on international TV and apologize FOR BRINGING HUMANITY TO THE BRINK OF TOTAL DESTRUCTION ???
@nomorel78844 жыл бұрын
@@stevenwood5313 Yes, fully agree! Damn China to blame for this and their sick animal abuse. The WHO needs to step in after this and ban (and enforce) these wet markets. They are a global threat. China needs to repay all the money lost from this.

Absolutely. I also believe that many people will show signs of PTSD symptoms after this. Like being afraid to get close to people, OCD behaviour like constantly washing hands, paranoia etc. Especially those who had the virus or lost someone due to the virus. This is extremely damaging to us in every way.

Not all people are on Lockdown, people in supply chain are fully operational, no one ever consulted employees to ask if they willing to take the risk, even people in transportaction of non essential products listed is still fully operational, that does not even deliver essential products... companies are concerned about turnover and not the Lives of their employees... Companies are taking advantage of what was said... most people work from home and some are forced to deal with people. No measures in place to ensure safety a thank you or a I'm sorry is not worth a life, companies can't guarantee absolute safety and threaten you with no work no pay....
