That’s the point… There is no active investigation. In fact, the DOJ which hates Matt Gates did an investigation in 2021/2022 and interviewed the same witnesses. They found that there was no credible evidence to support an indictment. There is a reason why and the American judicial system why you cannot retry someone for the same crime twice.
