I love this map so much because of how it's so clear people had *fun* making their parts. I wish people wouldn't bash others just because they make memes. We just want to have fun animating, how are we hurting anyone? Yes, it's good to make original content once in awhile, and yes, it is annoying when an original idea is turned into a meme, but honestly? Just let us have our fun. Everyone's part turned out amazing, and I really hope everyone will be a bit nicer to meme makers :D!

This came out so nice!! I've been excited about this MAP for awhile and it felt fun and relaxing to watch! And I'm really surprised my part made the thumbnail!! ;w; And just a lil mini rant, and to the people they may be prone to complaining. OF course everything is prone to criticism, including memes! Most memes aren't very original, but a lot of old memes weren't either. But by that default can you say you can't enjoy memes because of that? Of course not! And people can make repetitive unoriginal memes to their heart's content, you can encourage small fun things along with encouraging extravagant and complicated things. In fact I'd advise that, I don't think memes ultimately hinder someone artistically if they want to expand their horizons (speaking from experience), but I do think they few who act condescending and rude towards the learning artist doing this kind of content do more damage than any "unoriginal meme" or "simple meme" ever could. So ultimately, I think it's really unhealthy and ridiculous to always expect that BEST and MOST ORIGINAL content out of an artist considering they are only human and can only do so much of that in a given time. tl;dr: enjoy the fun, simple things in life

I'm gonna be honest, I thought this MAP would turn out kinda flat because of the theme; I expected the parts to echo each other too much. But it's so impressive how creative the animators got with the music, even with the simplicity of memes in mind! I loved seeing a mix of brand new ideas and some inspiration from existing memes. What a variety of characters, too! Kudos to the participants, this MAP is plain fun!

The best part about this MAP is that every single animator in here is a extremely talented at what they do. All of them have such smooth animation, and I know that at least one person looks up to them. And yet people are bashing the MAP for being 'boring' and that 'it shouldn't have been made' even though its basically the same thing as saying, 'these artists who have clearly shown their talent and that they take pride in their work cannot participate in this fun and simple MAP' Also its basically just a PMV MAP but way more movement than most.

I legit got emotional watching this. Idk why but the repetitiveness of animation memes is...almost comforting to me? Also it gives me a great and fun opportunity to see so many cool ocs, which I really enjoy doing since I love good character design. Not to mention I like seeing the expressions of the characters, such as happy, sad, angry, confused, etc. Also I just love music! And adding music to an interesting/cute oc making expressions or telling a short but meaningful story through movement or expression is like...everything good to me. Animation memes just encompass so much good stuff to me and I get they aren't always original or whatever but like....let us watch and create videos of people expressing themselves in a way that doesn't take years to master? This MAP expresses everything I love about memes and I thank everyone in it for participating. Good content, no matter what anyone else says.
