I remember when I first played GTA and heard this track it blew my mind and didn't know what type of music it was 15 years later I finally discovered Deep House and now have 5000+ Deep as the far reaches of space tracks and living it

@@utdgrant yep its deep house as it has soft pads long strings ect. its amazing did you really create the track? if you did this track is way ahead of its time this style of house did not fully develop into this untill around 2007

@@hgfhghghgfhfghgfhghg538 Thanks for the kind words! Yes, I wrote this track and "Lagerstars" for the original GTA. I was more involved in the programming of the audio engine, though - i.e. how the sounds of the cars and the city reacted to events in the game. Craig Connor and Colin Anderson were much more responsible for the creation of the actual music tracks.

The game rocks .... the music was even better. Top progressive house / techno track which reminds me of Underworld and Leftfield. Still rate this as one of the better dance tracks I know.
