Great analysis by Tarun on decentralized inference in crypto. In this case, Phala is also a co-processor AI/Depin project where the computation for the LLM/inference occurs off-chain, and smart contracts can connect with this using Phat Contracts. All this off-chain computation is carried out by incentivized Nodes/GPUs, known as Workers, and rewarded with PHA tokens.

No they do not, but more importantly the howey test is out dated, as well as security laws. They should both be removed as a requirement to sell shares or tokens, also accreditation laws should not exist.
