To verse what you said from a physical standpoint, the collapse of wave function and the incomplete knowledge of states are problems when trying to deduce the future. I tend to favor the multi world theory that the wave function does not collapse, but we merely experience a branch of it. Also about the all knowing god, I don’t think you can argue away the theoretical possibility that all states of all particles can be known by a “being” (or a “computer”), as you cannot prove that the total number of states within the universe (or just the observable universe) is infinite. In fact I am in the camp that thinks that such a number of entropy must be finite (otherwise the enclosed space would become a black hole event horizon). Of course, as mere mortals this number is so large that for any practical purpose it is treated as infinite to us. However why think of this even... Just shut up and work out your life...
