The isekai is not always true with the slave girl. Its more like some random guy comes, buys you and for some reason can heal your normally uncureable curse/sickness. Tbh i would do the same, cause if he can heal me he about to do some even more wierder shit. Thats like having stage 4 cancer and suddenly someone touches your head and its gone.
