I wouldn't say responding to Dan specifically is bad. But the way they did is, is what makes their responses to Dan so bad. KSI is in such denial about being wrong when he gets countered by hypocrisy regarding his own Youtooz, mentioning something a decade ago that's also just a one time sponsor. To straight up not being able handle a single bit of critisism that he decides to take a random racist comment as an example, which is bad in it of itself. While Logan Paul is choosing to respond to it in such an entitled way that he believes his own lies and that he thinks he's not ever done anything wrong keep in mind that Dan hasn't even decided to reply back to it, cause he knows its just gonna cause even worse conflict. Genuinely, as a mother, Lunchables are a treat and only given once or twice a month if the kid's lucky. This is not lunch, nor is it a healthy option. The biggest problem I have is that they have marketed prime to children from the start- on the website it is supposed to be an 18+ drink as it is an energy drink and contains a lot of caffeine. Obviously kids are going to drink it anyway but it feels a little weird as it has been banned by most schools why is it in a kids lunch product? It seems like a way to try and get around it and get them into schools to advertise them to more children for free as passive advertising. ( I’m not an expert on this but I have done work on campaigning against advertising adult products to children, including prime energy) for example you often see them in smoke shops next to vapes - another 18+ product that has been sold to children illegally.

He concluded that the Stack Ems didn’t have enough calories for the kids and their comparisons to Lunchables on the site were a bit misleading.
