Just following up on some comments I’m seeing. First of all no, just because I have a different opinion on this to what many people seem to have doesn’t mean I was paid off hahaha. Additionally I’m seeing people say that I didn’t go into the gambling stuff to “cover” for him, I didn’t go into it because DogPack packages it and explains it better than I could therefore I directed people to his video if they wanted to find out more. Clearly not “covering”. This is a video about the faking/staging videos allegations, which is something I take a personal interest in, not everything going on in MrBeast world at the moment.

I think the actual bad stuff is how he treats his contestants. Not just faking the videos. People have come out saying they didn't get water, food and medicine on time. If those allegations, which are backed up by multiple contestants, are true then that's a big deal.

yeah like idgaf if something is faked, it's reality TV. It's not my cup of tea and it's a little scummy to pretend it's real, but with a little discretion it's not hard to come to that conclusion. What is fucked up is harming your employees and contestants in order to make content which, if true, should really kickstart actual legal regulations around youtube content creation. A lot of old TV law doesn't apply to youtube yet when it really should, and if we weren't in the worst timeline this could change everything for employees of internet entertainment

He included a clip of rosanna pansino talking about her experience in a mr beast challenge but didn’t bring up the countless videos that she has made with multiple accounts of contestants in his beast games series talking about how people were suffering from seizures bc they didn’t receive their prescription medicine, they were only fed very little and what they were fed was essentially a cup of oatmeal and a bit of fruit, how all of the challenges clearly favoured young athletic men and how when these contestants would tackle people and give them serious injuries there would be no repercussions. As they have built up stamina, endurance and strength to be able to do so, doesn't mean if they win it's rigged or in their favour. When it comes to the injury, I have no idea. I would need to see the clip to understand. Mostly when attending events of that nature, you should be informed, a head of time what type of food will be provided. As it's important to know what dietary requirements a person has, plus for them to know, what to expect. So I'm trying to work out, if it did or didn't happen 🤷🏼

Decent video, but you seem to be forgetting that part of the "Mr. Beast" persona is that the videos are all 100% legit and not faked. They mention it all the time. So if there's ANY manipulation at all, they shouldn't be claiming that everything is real. I'm not talking about the CGI stuff. I'm talking about having friends and family members of the crew participating in/winning these contests. It needs to be explicitly stated that these aren't random people off the street, because that's what they're representing! I agree that some of the stuff in the video wasn't a big deal, but you brushed aside or didn't even cover the most problematic parts of the Mr. Beast production team's common practices. No worries on not covering the gambling stuff, even though that's the most serious allegations, I saw your comment explaining why you skipped it, which is understandable. All in all, Mr. Beast has a huge amount of influence of his very young audience and needs to be help to a high standard because of it. It's obvious there needs to be a rules and regulations type body for doing internet giveaways worth millions of dollars, otherwise unscrupulous entrepreneurs will take advantage of people, which is a tale as old as money.

Problem with a lot of those is how much was self inflicted. If you told me i could win £250,000 for staying in a room the longest. Im not leaving unless im dying or causing serious long term damage to my health. So in a way i can understand them making it brutal as possible to make people actually tap out.
