Hi! I study a bit about diets in school so for those curious about the last segment About the cholesterol : so cholesterol isn't actually a set bad thing, to explain simply you eat choleseterol and then depending on what was it from your body uses it as "good cholesterol" and some as "bad cholesterol". This guy shows you his data ( 11:39 ) which shows that he has HDL on 3.0 and LDL on 4.5, now let's explain some more HDL is the "good" one, this is high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, which basicly means that it takes the cholesterol in that's in your blood and moves it to the liver where it gets broken down and removed. So it's a good thing to keep an eye out on food that might increase HDL (You can easily find it online) LDL is what you generlly don't want, low-density lipoproteins. This is what can build up in your arteries This guy is crazy tho and probably should get checked if he has all his vitamins

The problem with listing “all the bad stuff” for him is that almond milk (like most plant milks) is just almonds soaked in water and then blended and strained. Exact same process for rice and oat milk. There’s nothing in it besides any added flavorings for fortification with vitamin D if you’re buying it in a store. You can literally buy rice or almonds or oats and make it at home, it just tastes more like rice/oats/almonds than the store-bought one. The biggest downsides of plant based milks is the lower protein content, higher sugar content, and nut allergies since a lot of producers of plant milks aren’t certified nut or soy free to allergy standards, and nut allergies are deadlier than lactose intolerance.

My first home was above my granddad's butcher shop. Next door was a greengrocers. I've always been angry when vegetarians and vegans try to force their lifestyle on to me, and insult me for having a balanced diet. We always had meat and veg for lunch, but I hated fruit and refused to eat it. I then had crippling stomach pain and was rushed to the doctor, who asked if I ate fruit.....my grandad went to his supplier and bulk ordered frozen orange juice, which the doctor recommended. Within hours of drinking a glass of juice, the cramps eased, and I now love OJ, and make sure to eat fruit, even though I still don't like it very much MORAL a balanced diet is essential. This young man will soon experience severe health issues. I really hope he changes his diet, just a little. Moderation in all things. Grandad passed away 3 weeks before his 100th birthday and we kids lived happy, healthy lives

@@thedivinemrm5832 actually it’s the complete opposite, fat is our bodies main energy source but carbs are easier for our bodies to use so we store the fat. Our ancestors used carb heavy foods such as grains and fruit to fatten up for the winter when food sources were scarce. Carnivore is the proper human way of eating since processed foods have become more and more popular heart disease, anxiety, depression and cancer risks have increased drastically but our way of eating is “wrong” maybe instead of judging us based off of one guy you should watch people like Kerry from homesteadhow and others like him who had heart disease and started carnivore because of it and have seen nothing but benefits from our lifestyle. Don’t go judging it when you have no/ limited knowledge on the subject. It’s like a builder telling a mechanic that he’s not fitting the spark plugs properly.

@@goldenageofdinosaurs7192 so why are so many people who have cut out all processed food, fruit and veg living better lives without anxiety, depression and joint pain. Why are people with autoimmune conditions starting this way of life and healing their body. Just do a bit of research into this way of life. I’ve been on carnivore for 5 months. Before it I had crippling social anxiety and was medicated for it since then I stopped taking my meds completely and got rid of my anxiety all together, I also dropped 30kg, have more energy then ever before and don’t crave carbs whatsoever I’m now fat adapted so my body uses fat as its energy source not carbs. Dont tell me “we’re not meant to be carnivores” cause our teeth don’t match carnivorous animals in the wild. Im better than I was before and I owe my life to carnivore.
