They are in a different part of SF - contrary to the opinion of people who don't live in SF - they are not in every single part of the city. Still more work to do, but slowly, slowly, slowly - the city/region/state is finding solutions. It's OK if you don't believe me - the tourists are back and it's plenty crowded - you see them smiling on sunny days like this as they crowd the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman's wharf, and North Beach - if you're a cynic, you can just stay far far away and that's OK with me!
