Your music has been the head corner stone this past month in my journey of healing through ketamine therapy. You unintentionally set a space for me to dive into the inner workings of my mind and find understanding and solace. I have listened to A LOT of ambient music in my life, but yours has proven to be the most instrumental in helping my brain heal. I guess all I want to say is, CREATE EVERYONE CREATE, you don’t know how much a stranger could use your music or writing or thoughts. P.S. this is my last session and I just wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you.

I am now 40+ years of age. I meditated with this, i was taken back in memory of to my early 20s. I saw i had a beautiful home, a beautiful wife, and most precious of all i had 2 most gorgeous beautiful children. I saw what a mighty great blessing i had. I realised i did not appreciate that time i never felt the great blessing what i had and how blessed i was, that was worth more than any amount of wealth one can have. But at that time i was so blind, my mind was elswhere with work, freinds etc. To be honest sometimes they were a nusance in my mind but im ashamed that i was like that. I watched the moments how i was so blind, so unaware, how could i have been so blind???? I felt the deepest regret oh how i wish i could go back in that time and cherish every moment with my beautiful family. In my meditation i told GOD i was blind, unaware and i told GOD of my deep regret and told him im so sorry. However im glad i came to this realisation while im alive and not when i pass away. As now i can make ammends and give thanks and gratitude to GOD and appreciate everything and everyone and try my best to be aware. I realise how we are deceived by useless pursuits while neglecting what we have

Hi, your ambient music is really good. Have you considered adding in 432hz or other harmonizing sounds and binaural beats? When I listen to other ambient tracks with these it adds even more harmony.

I think of space not as the final frontier but as the next frontier. Not as something to be conquered but to be explored
@PoisonelleMisty431110 ай бұрын
. It holds vast mysteries waiting to be uncovered and potential for new discoveries that could revolutionize our understanding of the universe. By approaching space exploration with humility and curiosity, we can unlock the secrets of the cosmos and expand our knowledge of the world beyond our own planet. It is not a race to conquer, but a journey of discovery and wonder that will continue to inspire future generations to push the boundaries of what is possible.

Sometimes loneless is enough for recovery.
@PoisonelleMisty431110 ай бұрын
Being alone can provide the space and time needed for self-reflection, self-care, and healing. It allows you to fully process your emotions without outside distractions and can help you learn to rely on yourself for comfort and support. While it's important to reach out to others for support when needed, spending time alone can also be a valuable part of the healing process. It allows you to connect with yourself on a deeper level and strengthen your sense of self-worth and self-reliance. So yes, sometimes loneliness can be enough for recovery, as long as it is balanced with healthy coping mechanisms and self-care practices.
