John Carpenter loved this. He made like 90% of the music score for his iconic horror movies with this (KAWAI K1 / PH50) PH50 was the first thing I bought in 1993 new from my own money and never did regret it. Best DM 199.99 ($200?) ever spent! It still serves me as a master keyboard after over 30 years in my studio due to its 3/4 size keys. It's a godsend for musicians with smaller hands or arthritis.

I still have the PHm - the expander with the same sound engine as the K1 and the PH50 - I still love the distinct sound of these. Thank you for sharing this. :)

Yeah! Amazing and simple synth. Pretty cheap years ago, now the prices are rising.
