Hello Rod; Some very good concert memories. Seeing our favorite artists perform. Concerts are a snapshot in time. A life's experience. The live sound & audience reaction. Acquaintances made during the shows. The ambience of the concert & the venue. Take care, Tina & Pat!

Rod this was a fantastic video brother! I knew you would have some great stories. This is the type of video you excel at and this is why people like you so much. You’re real. For a minute there I thought you were going to say you never did get to see SRV so I was glad when you said you saw him on the tour with Jeff Beck. I saw that tour too. One of the best shows ever. Albert Collins, Buddy Guy, and John Lee Hooker?! Holy shit no one would want to follow that! Thanks for doing this video brother, excellent job! Thanks for the nice words too.

Hey gary, thank you so much for the kind words! It took me getting in the right frame of mind to do it, I knew I had to be having a few beers to do it.

Killer stories Rod! That stinks that you were so late to the Hootie show. I always love to hear you tell that Clapton story.

It's been a minute Happy Hippy. Love your energy! You're a Maryland guy! Nice. Explains your D.C. connection. Robert Cray is a name I haven't heard in awhile. That dude was huge in Louisiana. I had a chance to see Nirvana and chose to to help my boss with a project. 6 months later, he was dead. A good friend of mine saw SRV two concerts before he died. He came to school balling tears. You should have called in sick bro. I was on probation when I saw the Kiss reunion show. I left three songs before the encore so I could get out of the parking lot without trouble. Nice love story. We all stopped being that dude once the younglings showed up. Peace my brother.
