Thanks Terry! It's a labour of love. Not really hard work, just a bit fussy at the end cutting them out. Thanks for watching!

It is nice to see them made with just basic equipment, shows people that they don't need fancy machines. (However, my Kitchenaid mixer and pasta attachments have changed my pasta making life. You should ask Santa for one). That cheese looked so good! I want to come to Malta and try EVERYTHING.

LOL Tammy - you are welcome any time with a place to stay by the sea! Thanks - I have always been a hands on guy, but yes - machines do help! (So maybe Santa will send me a good Kitchenaid. lol) But yes - this is why I show these kind of vids. You CAN do this! Our grandparents did! These were a bit fussy by hand, but SO REWARDING! Thanks my friend! XOXOX

They are good aren't they ? we use to make them as a family group with my sisters coming over to help my mum make hundreds and then freezing the majority. We used to make the half moon style as it was easier and as the day progressed they would make them larger and larger :) to use up the mix quicker. Some would come out the size of half a plate :) it was fun.

HAHA! Yes! My friend and I did the same thing when we made perogies. These were delicious. No help so I made them all myself. lol. OH well, they taste better with all the effort! THANKS Charlie!

Thanks Stephen! Yes, I like garlic in mine too, and I believe I added it in the sauce here. Gozo has the BEST ravioli, for sure!

Just nice to see someone making Maltese dishes as here in England you don’t see maybe few places in London but not many that’s why i enjoy cooking as Maltese food is good if done properly.

I love making and serving.... and of course eating them. Do you think a substitution of a mix of dry goat cheese and ricotta would work? 💕💓💕💓💕💓💕💓💕💓
@GoranMak6 жыл бұрын
Hey Ruby! Thanks for stopping by! As far as your question goes, I have never used dry goat's cheese in this recipe. So I am not sure. If you are able to mash or grate it up, I don't see a problem at all! DO IT! And let me know! XOXOXOXOXOX

What about onion in the sauce
@GoranMak5 жыл бұрын
Thanks Toni, If you want to add onion, you can. However traditional Maltese salsa (sauce) for ravioli is a simple sauce of just tomato and garlic. Buy you do you my friend!
