There is a good KZbin about the 7 Stans that was helpful. I live in the US where 90% of the people have never been to another country and couldn't find their own country if you gave them a globe and said where is the US located.

All countries bordering the Persian Gulf Sea, let us exclude Iran because it is not considered an Arabic language. It is a sister to the Arabic language. Well, I will tell you the countries from the Gulf are Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Iraq ((( Yemen overlooking the Red Sea if it is not from the Gulf)))
