I drink the “Cranberry Juice” & also take over the counter “Azo”. Depending on how the bladder infection is, I’ll take the “Azo with Cranberry” in it if it’s not too bad. Then sometimes I’ll take the “Azo-Standard Maximum Strength” if it’s a little worse since it helps with urinary pain from a bad bladder infection. Except that one does turn your urine a bright orangish color. Lol. Then like @Mandy Dixon said, with the Cranberry Juice. It’s gotta be “100% pure Cranberry Juice”. NOT “Cranberry Juice Cocktail”. The “Cranberry Juice Cocktail” is pretty much pure sugar & will make a bladder infection worse. I’ve accidentally picked up a jug of “Cranberry Juice Cocktail” one time when I had a bladder infection. Oh lord! Was that a mistake!!😩

Over 90% of accidents on a plane occur on takeoff and landing, this includes the taxi. The government forbids airlines to allow passengers to be up at this time, it's for your safety as well as everyone else around you. I suggest always going 40 minutes before scheduled landing, even if you don't have to go. I'm a flight attendant, even I do this lol!

Just because we are on the ground does not make it safe for you to get up because we could get side swiped on the runway by another plane and for many other reasons! You wouldn’t remove your seatbelt and stand up in your car while it’s rolling at 50km per hour and nor should you in a plane during taxi!

I bought a memory foam mattress topper a long time ago and saved the little sample foam square that was on the outside of the box. I'mma try that and save some money😂 P.s. the thumbnail looks like peanut butter with a piece of bread on top 🥪
