I think KZbin as a whole is moving away from intense makeup or just buying more makeup. Videos like this where you offer experience/technique things that would otherwise take years to master is so much more valuable than a “must have, green eyeshadow pallet of 2021” type video.

A technique I do is, my foundation never sticks well to my nose or the crevices of my nose, so I prime with an eyelid primer and the foundation doesn't patch up. Eyelid primers I've used are Fenty and urban decay.

My favorite beauty tip I do (I use quite a bit of setting powder since I get oily quickly) to help melt the powder into my skin, after I use my setting spray- I go back in with my makeup sponge and blot my face with it while it’s slightly damp from the setting spray!!

I'm rewatching back catalogue videos - the drop of oil in foundation is a game changer! I have a foundation that I find a bit too thick and I tried adding 1 drop of facial oil and it made a world of difference. So much so, that I'm keeping the foundation now as I was going to ditch it. I applied with just my hands and patted it in. So much nicer. Thank you, Tati ❤

I totally relate on the cooking as an adult. My mom was the queen of kraft dinner/pork chops on a cookie sheet and pasta. I taught myself to bake (which I found so much easier since its precise measurements and set oven times). I can grill a good chicken breast but learning more everyday. Baked potatoes in the instant pot are amazing. 15mins with fast release. So fluffy and perfect inside.
