I once had a Nylint toy road grader. It was my first toy in the early 1950s . It is long gone now.

I still have all my old Star Wars figures from the late 70s. I have the telescoping Obi-Wan figure. I got it early on (I was a Star Wars fanatic). My figures aren't worth too much since they were well played with.

The important thing is you still have them and they bring you good memories

@@francoisregis2155, absolutely! What a time to be a kid. I had just turned 10 when "A New Hope" was released and thought it was the greatest thing I had ever watched. Back then, you had to see movies in a theatre and watching it multiple times became a thing.

This guy has no idea what he is talking about 12 grand for a loose g1 prime even in mint shape comes no where near that price. Maybe graded never opened and even that is a stretch.

All my G1 transformers were taken out the pack and given battle scars with soldering irons, firecrackers, fire and hammer. I never thought 'shiny from the factory' fit the motif.

You are like my cousin: He "borrowed" one of his mom's knitting needles; heated it up and used it do drill "bullet holes" in his G.I.JOE vehicles.

This made me go look up the Atari compatable Xonox Double ender Spike's Peak/Ghost Manor cartridge we used to have might fetch! I got it in a bargain bin when my brother sent me in to find new Atari games in the late 70s! Good reason for that particular one to be on sale because the Ghost Manor side never worked right! Haha!

Michael Bay's "Transformers" came out in 2007...not 2008 and "Batman" is DC...not Marvel.

I wish that I hadn't smashed my Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots with a hammer back in about 1985. I smashed away a nice little investment there. 😲

I can't imagine nowadays who or better how many will own a sealed copy of mario bros in their collections! It might be pretty common in USA or Japan but not for europe etc! And as i know by now because at a point the whole thing with the retro gaming market escaped a little in general, the price tags you can hit those are not so high as the beginning.Good luck to those trying to sell those in online market because lets face the facts that not anybody can fetch so much cash easily! Many ppl were lucky enough those days also found some closed shops or warehouses that had sealed goodies as well, most of the kids never kept in this condition their toys in boxes etc usually.Except if their parents always bought them two pieces if they were rich enough for future investment which is really rare as well, even rarer as a situation than those copies as we speak! The other thing that would be the most fortunate is if someone had a grandfather,or a parent that owned a toy store which would be a gold mine! This would be i believe the luckiest situation you could fall in general, and many ppl even to my region in greece had this luck as i witnessed in some facebook pages and they sell and collect like there was their own collections to brag about! The most respected situation is when you own something from the past to sell it,and not found it easy in the market some years back from seer luck and asking for the god and heavens!

Super NES was not the first Mario video game... Atari had a Mario game years before Nintendo did...

Mario Bros. was originally an arcade game developed by Nintendo. The Atari version was a port, and a poor one at that.
