Sheldon is totally right on that. You need to take time to get to know ur partner while living together with them. 6 months isn't enough. Relationships typically end around the 4-5 year mark because you stress test whether if you both could last beyond that. Being able to develop, resolve conflicts, communicate, grow, still be friends(while being together) and stay in love are crucial things past the 4-5 year mark and some lose different aspects which make the relationship unstable.

When i first met my husband's coworkers the first thing they asked was if i was in the industry as well. He works in film industry but he's not a producer/director nor is he an actor but he does work 15+ hours a day. So its hard for someone like him i guess to find someone to date outside of the industry. I only worked part time at the time. Even now being married I'm not used to him working long hours sometimes even out of town. Its nice to be in the same line/field as ur significant other so like they understand what ur going thru. It’s basically the consent discussion. Women, especially online, saying men need verbally to ask for consent before they even kiss the girl, and before having sex. But then almost every girl iv spoken to in person says asking is weird and a mood killer and he should just go for it if it “feels right”, But those same girls also sometimes say consent is important. The problem is when the man thinks it’s the right moment or she’s into it, but like you said, the girl is afraid of saying no cause she feels it’s too late or they freeze. How would the guy know that she’s not into it if she doesn’t show that? That same girl could (and they’re a lot of cases where it’s happened) accuse him of r**e or S.A, when he had no idea she felt that way. Like the guy said, there’s no right answer. But for some reason even though both sides know there’s no right answer, women still expect men to somehow just make the right choice, even when they know there never is a clear one
