Second, you can be physically strong, but spiritually and mentally weak especially if you are an unhealed person it doesn’t matter how many times you go to the gym which ok that good health wise but that doesn’t mean anything if you don’t know how to carry yourself as individual in this lifetime. If you know the story of David and Goliath you would know that Goliath was this big and strong giant who looked down on David because he was this small guy and underestimated his strength but what he didn’t realise was that David was more in tuned with his spirit and Goliath was in his ego, so guess what happened to Goliath when he challenged David….my point to this is that strength is physical but being spiritual strong is a different type of power and strength.
