Many people say marriage breaks down because of lack of communication. Ironically, communication is rather one of the main reasons why marriages break down; miscommunication to be specific. Usually, what the husband says is not what the wife hears and vice versa so an argument erupts out of a simple situation that could have been avoided if men and women paid the price to learn how each communicates.

Those feelings you mentioned are practical emotions. They are direct reactions to clear circumstances. Women go much deeper into their emotions and have more complex feelings which they often express indirectly.

I like your teachings and coaching but l find it rude when you repeatedly say in your sessions 'l didn't have time' to go over things... My time is going 'l don't have time' to do a b c d.......but we have taken time to listen to you. Maybe find alternative ways to word it as it sounds somehow and l wonder why that is a common phrase you like to use.
