It’s implied in “Killer Klowns From Outer Space” that the aliens in that film must’ve visited Earth at some point centuries ago, which gave mankind both the idea of clowns and an instinctual fear of them. There are probably other examples.

Yeah, though I was once in France and completely floored by how good this one shop owners English was. I’ve never heard or seen anyone since so fluent in another language, including people on tv, politicians etc. It was better than most who have English as a first language! I think the greatest thing about this scene is the fact that so many aliens went out of their way to work at the post office with K. They didn't care what the job was, they get to work in secrecy with a former MIB legend. Imagine how much they appreciate him. What it boiled down to the beat boxing alien saying was "It was fun while it lasted boys, but K needs to know the truth now. Their world depends on it."
