I still remember my first cat call. It was when Alien vs Predator the first movie came out and I was at the theater with my brother in law. Someone dropped something and while I already had my hands full with our drinks so i couldn't bend over without spilling, so instead i squatted down just like in weight lifting class and grabbed the object, and stood up without spilling anything which got a catcall and some cheering from 3 or 4 girls behind me. fun fact. squatting is actually the best way to pick up anything. due to the spine being it's strongest when it's straight, compared to bending forward which makes it very easily breakable (there's a better way to put this but I can't be bothered) hence the whole "pick up with your legs, not your back". tho you might already know this if you're learning to exercise

@@Glacial_floofs It is, but you don't need that much strength to pick up a lot of things (I think it was a wallet in this case) and (safely) working the back muscles shouldn't be neglected either. Squatting was a better option so I'd be less likely to tip and spill the drinks in this case. I can't remember for sure, but I think my squat weight was about 345 pounds on the squat rack back then? On the multi machine i maxed out the number of plates for the squat side, but you don't need nearly as much stability on a machine like that.

I genuinely do not want flowers. But that is possibly because even as a kid I always got a bit sad about the flowers wilting and dying, even . So the times I gave flowers to my grandma or mother, I always got the potted ones with roots still firmly in the dirt. 9:40 that's good advice. I would also suggest get a job, any job, so you get a feel for how it is to work while you figure out what you want to do and what you can do, and then consider learning a trade instead of investing on something as big as going to university.
