During the Nazi regime, 100,000 men were arrested for homosexuality, 15 000 were deported, including French. After the depenalisation of homosexuality only one of the Frenchmen deported had the courage to make public an extradition that still now isn't officially recognised. Alternating a reading of Pierre seel's autobiography, "Moi Pierre Seel, déporté homosexuel", with conversations with militants gays, "Amants des hommes" (Men lovers) tries to bring to the light a forgotten history, linking the past with the present, yesterday's with today's homophobia.
