Not to be that guy...but he didn't hit Hoarah Loux with Comet Azur even once. He used it then immediately missed as he was mid jump. What he did hit him with was the regular Comet spell which he tends to spam back to back. And yes, I am aware this is totally an "Um actually..." moment that doesn't actually matter.
