It is important that a man subscribes to marrying their class because you will always speak from the same wavelength. Benjamin is right. What he is trying to imply is , date a man or woman that is not too high, or too low for you but in moderation. Someone that doesn't intimidate you by their background, education, beauty or public image. In simple terms we mean, marry someone you are compatible with from the word go.

A broke friend married a wealthy daddy's girl, there was never peace in that home. The lady's father would insist on the highest standards for her daughter even regularly changing her V8 cars while the man was just an underpaid banker driving a second-hand Toyota NZE. My guy nearly died of depression because he simply had no say despite being humble and hardworking. While the lady understood him, the father couldn't have none of it. The marriage barely lasted only 2 years.

@@magimagi234 I'm a grandmother and if my children and their children's children ALL move away because they don't want to be near relatives,thats fine,hope they never ask to move with things.It will take them forever to re establish themselves to the level they found.Its like going in circles. Asians built great family dynasties with close family units.
@charlicelwetu66914 жыл бұрын
@@justinamusyoka4986 Can we really compare ourselves with Asians whose living structures have been engrained in them since birth? They expect it, so it's not too difficult for them to adjust to that living set-up. As for business, you can still build a family empire but not live in the same house. That's what Benjamin is saying. Asians value family over everything, that is not really the case with us Africans especially. Try bringing in your relatives to do business with you and see what happens. Some have managed but most are riddled with jealousy, laziness and entitlement because that 'big picture thinking' has not been engrained in us.
@justinamusyoka49864 жыл бұрын
@@charlicelwetu6691 I agree with you because I've run a family business for almost 30 years,undone by relatives to the core but i still believe to eradicate the massive generational poverty we got in Africa,we need to change our attitudes. We may not live in same house but can be in one big compound because if each member is apart and away ,its difficult to know their commitment especially if they already believe in owning their individual space. If you watch yt Make Africa great,you'll notice the greatest obstacle to great achievements in Africa is our disunity,which begin at family level. We need to burry our pride and educate ourselves just as those Asian families educated themselves. If you want to go fast walk alone but if you want to go far,walk in a team and the family is the best team because upon death,succession is easy! Imagine COCA COLA is a family business and if they didn't have structures,it would be long gone.I hear at any generation they got only two people who know the formulas,they don't travel in one flight for fear incase.... Here, a brother once married,cant see eye to eye with the rest of the family due to gossip and sabotage.we quarrel over chickens in the compound etc.
