Quincy hall is americas best kept secret in track and field. He ran a 44.6 last year outdoors and he is a 49 second 400m hurdler. This guy ran community college track his first 2 years so thats why i feel most people have not heard of him yet

If Quincy can work on that form, he can prob shave a 0.5 seconds off or so off that time.

@@FindingMeaningOutOfMany never understood that, whats the purpose unless you feel like you don't want to run your hardest and you are checking to see if you have to. In a prelim, that's not a time qualifier yes but a final... unless you have several other races to run and you trying to preserve energy and there is no screen to watch. Ughhh I hate it lol King Chez annoys me to no end lol.
