Wow!!! They still make Pump It Up? That was mad popular in the late 80s and 90s. That and another spray called Stiff Stuff. Hope he is moisturizing and hydrating his hair too because as well as it holds and it does hold well, Pump It Up will dry your hair out. But his hair looks nice though.

when i leave my box braids longer then a week i be loosing hair when i shower

Everyone loses hair on a daily basis no matter what hair they have. Hair trapped in the braids will fall off once the braids gets undone after 3 or 4 weeks. Don't wash your hair in the shower, it will ruin your braids very quickly! Have a bath, or shower cap on hair if only a shower available. Wash yourself but not the hair. Then afterwards carefully with your fingers wash inbetween the box braids in the sink. Can use a spray bottle with water very lightly on the braids. Finish it off with a little afro wax rubbed on the braids.
