Interesting video, I move Jos a Bank blazers and suits very regularly along with HSM! All depends on the look of the suit, the design, etc. Jos A Bank signature gold suits I regularly sell for over $100. With suits your presentation has to be right and usually they take a bit longer to sell!

Whenever I try to run comps on a brand with a basic/generic name, I just use the “Brand” filter that allows you to select the specific brand. Now, this presumes people are actually selecting the brand when they do the specifics while listing, but it beats scanning hundreds of listings to find a comp. Put in 10 seconds, see what you can find, and if it’s nothing, oh well. As far as pants, for me even more annoying than the hangers is trying to find where the damn tag is. Seems to be different for every brand, and usually requires taking the pants off the hanger only to discover it’s George or Basic Editions or something ass like that.

Matt, you Undeniable Hunka Hunka Seventies Spyglass Charisma: would you (pretty please) consider a video on how to take decent size measurements - and remember important descriptor words - on unmarked sportscoats/suitcoats/dress pants? You tempted me into the Menswear Department, Mister, and now I find some obviously quality merchandise that is still missing measurements. You're one guy I'd trust to tell the truth when he pulled out a tape measure. Just sayin'.

I may in the future. For the time being, button the jacket, take pit to pit measurement, multiply by two and then subtract 2. That's the first part. So a 22" pit to pit would be a size 42. Look at measurements on comps to figure out if regular, short or long. Measure pants like you do other pants. Include if there's extra fabric in the cuffs that can be let down, and how much.
