@@IMANOU it is Detroit techno. Juan Atkins was deeply influenced by kraftwerk and developped his unique style. He called his music "Techno", it is true. Of course he was composing on same machines that "electro" dudes used. His music his roland sequenced sounds. But the tracks are not syncopations only. They are the futuristic former techno sound. He (juan) is even called "godfather of techno"...(for those who like tags, clichés, etc.... what we aint.

Congratulations Virgil. This was a cool collection. A lot of the looks (not just pieces) are perfection. I can truly see the Louis Vuitton aesthetic through your creative direction in this collection. Some of the other collections always gave me an extension of Off-White feel with LV logos. Initially thought Atkins was playing a brand new gig, kinda like Carl Craig’s new show in 2017, can’t remember the name just now. But you’re right, this stuff is older and I didn’t know it so thanks for the info. In the end I think Dopplereffekt/Drexcyia took it to another level but that’s only imo. Anyways both have a very very unique sound. Any other in that same line of sick cold techno you might recommend?
