I am aware that this comment was posted 4 years ago, but that is not blurred out on purpose. It has to do with interlacing - Just very sloppy rendering / mixed up settings between the camera and the rendering engine. Every frame is basically one half-frame offset. Horrible to watch.

+Kasimir9911 Teams and riders don't usually public their power output. Power output depends on rider's weight. I guess that output of Kiryienka (75kg) could be around 450 watts, maybee less, maybee more.
