Thank you for sharing. Nice collection. Oddly enough I do wear a pinky ring, 18kt with eight tiny rubies in it. Nice to know some other men can appreciate the ruby. Would really like to get a 1/4 carate sapphire in a gold setting, maybe one day. I just saw another channel and the guy said that in Victorian times the pinky ring was worn by both men and women to indicate they were not interested in marriage. That suits me to tee. New sub.

I’ve recently gotten into jewelry collecting. I have my first 18K Panther Link Ring (5 row) coming in soon. I’m excited and know it’s not the last ring for me. I was buying Silver rings which were cool, but not to my class. I also like how gold has gone up lately (jumped in at $56-57 spot price), I’ve recouped some money just in gold weight from chains and earrings.

14k is best for rings in my opinion

I also agree that 14K is the way to go. It's stronger than 18K, and it looks similar. Of course 10K is even stronger, but there's also a clear color difference when comparing it to higher karats.

@@KiidJayG Etsy's better if you don't want to get scammed. The shops with hundreds or thousands of sales and high stars are what you want to look for. Then to be absolutely sure you didn't get scammed (if you want), you can have a jeweler test the gold. They do have to scratch it a little though, so just be aware of that. I suppose you could also put it under a metal detector though and see if it identifies as gold. Also, look at the price. The old saying is true; if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Oh, and I'd advise you to only order them from the US. Never order them from India since they are notorious for scamming.

Ebay is pure shit and selling just some nonworthy bling bling crap mostly, big mens gold rings are hard to come by at a non-shop price. Well, I do think a lot of those are quite ugly, but there are some that I like. I really like the bloodstone, lapis, and ruby ones. I know a lot of people here are saying it's a great collection, and it is, but a lot of those are just not my style. I'm pretty similar though. I have a huge ring collection with a ton that I don't like, and I wonder why I ever bought them. I've even had quite a few made that I don't really like, but I do also have some that I like a lot. I'm also similar in that I will wear rings all the time sometimes and then not at all sometimes, but I've always liked antique rings, and that's still a nice collection from that standpoint.
